EMOTION TRACKER

This is a form built for data submission during a program. Please do not fill it out unless you are evaluating a program. The system works like this: You enter your username and you type in the names of the people you are evaluating. Then you select the emotions displayed by that person and click submit. All the data is stored in a database and is pulled out to form a report
